To reset your password, follow these steps:
- Click here to visit the "Forgot Password" page.
- Enter in the email address you used when you signed up and click the "Reset my password" button.
- A notice will appear telling you to check your email.
- Open your email account associated with your eShop Marketer membership and look for an email from us with the subject “Reset your password”
- Click the link in the email and it will redirect you to a page where you’re can choose your new password.
- Login using your new password.
Alternatively, if you are able to login and simply wish to change your password, follow these steps:
- Login and navigate to Account/Profile at the top right of the screen.
- Click on the settings cog, then click My Account.
- Navigate to Change Password.
- Input your current password and desired new password, then confirm your new password.
- Click "Update Password."
- Make sure to save your new password so that you always have it any time you need to log in again!
