With any successful purchase, we send out your access link/links to your email right away. However, there are times they never make it to your inbox for reason that are out of our control.
Before you contact us for a new link, please try these steps first:
- Try accessing your training by logging in with the email address and password you setup during checkout. You can login here.
- Search your email inbox for an email from charles@eshopmarketer.com. You can also try searching eshopmarketer.com.
- Check your Spam/Junk folders and your Gmail Promotions tab/folder.
- Your access link is sent to the email address you used at checkout. Please make sure you’re looking for the access link in the same email address inbox.
- Go to https://www.eshopmarketer.com/courses or https://www.eshopmarketer.com/fast-action-plans to see if your course shows up there.
- If your course is still not showing up, try logging out and logging back in again. Occasionally a new purchase will take some time to go through, but logging back in will refresh the system in most circumstances.
In the event the email is still nowhere to be found and you can not find your purchase, it can be either a typo in your email or a system glitch on our part.
Either way, we advise you to contact us at support@eshopmarketer.com and provide us your name and email address so we can verify your order quickly and send your new access link.
