First, if your order is not processing and is getting declined, it is 100% out of our hands and from your bank and/or credit card company (especially if it’s an international transaction).
The next best thing to do is try another card. If it still doesn’t work, try calling your credit card company or bank and find out what the problem is. They likely just need to hear from you to authorize the purchase.
There are 4 common reasons why a card is declined:
- Incorrect credit card number or expiration date.
- Insufficient funds
- Some banks will reject charges based on location.
- Some banks will reject charges based on their own fraud rules.
Once you have talked with your bank or credit card company and resolved the issue, you can return to the order from and try the purchase again. However, if it still doesn’t work, we recommend checking out using PayPal.
